What is Renting Shares?

Renting Shares is a term which has been heard a lot lately. There are many that have heard this and are not certain what it means. If you think about buying a house and then renting it the term may be simpler to comprehend.

Covered calls strategy is taught in a detailed course offered by 21st Academy and Jamie Mcintyre called Share Training. This teaches all you need to know about Renting Share Out and making passive profits in a short period of time. This can provide all the details on strategies and techniques needed for success. Taught via a home study course all materials are available in videos, DVDs and CDs.

Covered calls and leaps will open the window for you to make a large change in your monthly income for the better. There are many strategies which when learned and applied can easily alter your situation positively. Make money while you sleep with this system.

The Share Renting Strategy

The 21st century education system has allowed thousands to go to sleep with the peace of mind that they continue to make profits while they sleep. The strategies taught enable an increase in monthly income using the techniques taught which once learnt will never let you down.

How? Using a unique share market cashflow strategy called “”Share Renting”" or “”Rent Out Shares”".

In the Jamie Mcintyre seminar one can benefit from years of experience and research by Jamie which took tens of thousands of dollars to gather and compile.

It will not be that hard for you to learn the necessary strategies for success. All you have to do is use the same strategies that other successful investors have come up with. Once you use the Jamie Mcintyre program and duplicate his actions then you will be on your way. There is no need to be grasping at straws and struggling. Once these strategies are implemented you are on your way.

The Key is to Take Action

If your already using the renting of shares strategy, congratulations on taking action and no doubt you’re probably thinking why isn’t everyone doing this!

If you are yet to start, here is a little motivation. If you look at this a different way, it is costing you around $2,000 to $3,500 per month, every month that you are NOT renting your shares out.

The Jamie Mcintyre seminar will show you that if you are an above average person that you will be throwing away as much as $5000 – $15000 per month by not using this system and implementing some very simple strategies.

I’m sure you have heard about The Day Trading Robot by now because it is taking the world of day trading by storm. You may be confused by the fact that there are actually two different products for sale on the Day Trading Robot official website. One is the software for the robot itself which commands an extrememly high price and the other is the stock pick newsletter which features the latest stock picks made by the software. This second choice is far less expensive really just as effective.

The DayTrading Robot works in the penny stock markets because penny stocks are the ones that have the largest percentage gains in the shortest amount of time. If you want to make a lot of money in a short amount of time then you won’t find much success trading the high priced “blue chip” stocks because they are already near peak levels. This is really obvious when you stop and think about it. Making large amounts of money on the stock market isn’t about picking the stocks with the highest price gain, it’s about picking the stocks with the highest percentage gain. That’s a very important concept you must understand so that you can understand why this software picks penny stocks.

When you go to the official website of The Day Trading Robot Newsletter you will find truly astonishing evidence of the power of this software. On December 16th the software said it was time to pick TLLE at just 13 cents. By the next day that same stock was over 40 cents. It doesn’t take a genius in math to understand that 40 is more than three times as high as 13.

A very simple example of how much money you can make with a 300% gain is to imagine that you put $1000 into a stock that goes from 13 cents to 39 cents. That’s exactly 300%. That $1000 worth of stock would now be worth $4000. And if you sell it at 39 cents then you’ve made $3000 in just one day. You could trade high priced stocks for many years and never make a 300% gain. That’s the logic behind buying and selling penny stocks.

Trading strategies involved in the Forex exchange market, and the stocks market involve hi/lows and are often available to anyone wanting a share of the markets. Some of the investors make mistakes joining stock markets, since they just plunge into the investing world without taking time to become well versed. Forex trading is one of the largest stock exchanges, which the industry is growing rapidly each day. The large industry has made a mark, so dramatically that online courses are available to teach you how to invest in the market.

At the courses, students learn the business in trading, the styles, the instruments, trade, swings, investments, Forex, position traders, daily stock exchange, outlook, currency, options and more.

Everyone these days seems to want to get in on the action, yet many people fail to take time to study the basic strategies in stock market exchange. Forex traders often fall short of expectations, since many do not take time to learn basic strategies in the venture of stocks.

Stocks often factor high and low stakes, which staying up on current affairs can help you learn about these high and lows and what risks are involved. Various resources online offer newsletters, and boards to help people stay informed. The Internet also opens the door to free charts, which investors familiarize self with so that they can keep updated on currencies swapped.

Forex being the largest stock market currently has made it possible for everyone to get in on the action. At one time, it took $50,000 to open an account, now people can open an account free. The concept is to give people ideas about how the stocks work.

Once the investor uses charts, and his free accounts to get in on pips, pairs, streams, etc, and learn the currency pairs, he then has the option to open an account to invest. The currencies are paired in Forex, which often include a combination of European dollars and US dollars, or Japan currencies and US currency. Right now London’s dollar value is much higher than the US dollar, so investors would bet stakes on the Euro dollar and the US as the pair. The US is secondary.

In the industry, investors or traders will also buy and sell. If you intend to venture in the stock market, the best solution is finding information that helps you to understand the structure. You want to learn your risks. You will also need discipline to make the most of your new adventure. Learn how to safeguard your interests, manage, learn the common laws, trading involvement, and so on to spare you loss.

Question: Can you afford to lose money? or have the investment decline in value? Do you need the money in the next 5 years? If yes, I would not be in stocks.

She is a home-maker with children and daily family committments. Having more interest in share trading plus the back ground of commerce graduation, is there any such petty-trading can be carried out at home by spending 4-5 hours with little investment?

QUESTIONS ARE:

1. Any institution in Chennai, conducting classes on intra day trading and give guidance on it.

2. Or any other options for learning and applying it.

3. Books and magazines if any to be read.

4. Important qualities for a day trader as a woman.

5. Infra structure needed at home.

6. Minimum investment to start with.

7. The Dos and Do-nots.

Kindly, give guidance and shower your experience in this business regard.

I believe that you can start with as little as $500 with some brokerage houses, but I think that it is difficult to work with that small of an amount. $5,000 is a better figure. With that amount you can buy 100 shares of a $20 stock and still have some money in the account. If you buy 100 shares and the stock goes up $1, you have made $100 minus the commissions that you pay. With Scottrade, the commissions would be $7 to buy and $7 to sell.

You don't need a real fast computer… even a 400 mhz pentium will work, but you do need a dedicated internet connection that can be on all day long. DSL, Cable, or Wireless are better than dial-up. The bigger the computer monitor the better…or get a video card that will operate 2 or 4 monitors. You need that to watch charts, etc.

DO NOT trade penny stocks…. stocks that are only a few cents. Start out with established companies that have real profits. I lost a ton of money to give you that advice. I have seen those stock drop so fast that your money can be gone in a few minutes.

DO NOT buy stocks that come to you in emails.

DO NOT follow the advice of chat rooms on Yahoo or Paltalk. You can listen and learn, but there are a lot of scam artists out there who make a living by "Pumping" stocks that are worthless.

If you get an account with a company like Scottrade, there are a lot of materials that you can read just on their site. There are many stock trading websites that you can find online. You really don't need to buy a lot of books.

I'd buy companies that you personally know are stable, and trustworthy. Buy on days that the market is down, dragging down the share price of most stocks. Then hold for a better day. If the stock hasn't stopped falling, don't buy it till it starts heading up.

Practice by trading on paper before trading with your real money….

Good luck!

Before we can begin to trade in options, we need to understand the basic terminology of these sophisticated financial instruments so that we can start to interpret the mass of figures which appear, when an option chain appears on the screen.

Each option has a so called strike price. This is the price at which the option contract has been written. Every option has a whole series of strike prices from which you choose the one you feel is the most appropriate. Most options are written on a monthly basis, so at any one time there will be a series of options spread over several months into the future. Every option is issued with a spread of strike prices from very low to very high. The increment of the strike will vary according to the underlying value of the share. For a low value stock, the increments might be in $1 amounts, but for a higher value stock these could be $5 or $10 steps. The series of options is called an option chain, and each chain will cover several months. Some series are written quarterly and others on a monthly basis.

The strike price is normally presented in the middle column, with calls to the left hand side and puts shown on the right hand side. The first column labeled ‘symbol’ shows the unique code for that particular option. These are unique to the contract, the period and the equity, and can be found on many sites. When trading they normally appear as part of the trade – it is not something you have to remember! The next column is the ‘last’ , which displays the most recent prices which have been bid.

The bid and ask prices are simply the buying and selling prices of the premiums, with the ‘vol’ column showing the number of trades for that particular day. The final column is normally one labelled OI, which is short for ‘Open Interest’. This shows the number of contracts bought or sold and currently waiting for the expiry date.

An option is said to be ‘in the money’ if the strike price is below the market price for a call, and above the market price for a put. For example with a call if the strike price for the option was 500p and the equity was trading in the market at 550p, then this would be 50p in the money. (Remember a call increases in value as the underlying asset increases in price). With a put, this would be in the money for the same strike price if the equity was trading at 450p. These are normally highlighted in the chain to show their status. An option is ‘at the money’ if the strike price and market price are the same.

‘Out of the money’, is simply the reverse of being in the money. For example with a call, if the strike price was 500p and the equity was trading in the market at 450p, then this would be 50p out of the money. An option has intrinsic value if it is in the money and an at the money, or out of the money option, therefore has no intrinsic value.

Each chain will show the underlying equities current market value, along with the associated ticker and the number of days left until expiry.

<<<does any one else in here trade options or day trade ???>>>

I do some option trading. I do not day trade.

<<<just wondering if you have done any good.???>>>

I make more than I lose.

<<<what type of trades you like best?.(.i like time spreads)..ic's and vert spreads>>>

I suppose I do more diagonal put spreads than anything else, often ratioed. However, I am quite willing to do any type of spread under the right conditions.

<<<im kinda looking for a traders chat group>>>

You can try the Yahoo message board at

http://messages.yahoo.com/Business_%26_Finance/Investments/forumview?bn=4686677

which used to have some good discussions on it. For the past couple of years there have been some disruptive posters on the board and it has been pretty worthless, but there are still a number of good people who post there at times. Iron condors seem to be popular with some of the people posting there.

I know a lot of people who used to chat there more prefer the forums at

http://www.elitetrader.com/

because they are moderated.

My brokerage account is at a level of covered writing. the only choices I have when I select trade on an option chain is "sell to open" and "buy to close". I understand what they both mean but have a few questions:
Symbol is "F" (Ford), current price is $7.85.
if I sell to close a 1 contract option with a strike price of $8.00 with a bid of .10 and an ask of .15 with an expiration date of Sept. 22nd and the strike price is not reached, how much money do I make? I know I would receive a net of $2.00 in my account (.10 X 100 = $10 minus $8.00 commission). Do I just keep the $2.00 if the contract expires? If the actuall price of Ford goes down to say $7.35 in a couple days, would I "buy to close?" I guess what's confusing to me is the ask/bid prices on the option.

Also, can you sell to open puts and also calls? What's the diff? I know a call is bullish and put is bearish. I might just be confusing the whole thing. Thanks for any info. I'm really trying to understand.
Awesome advice/answers….Thank you. On the Friday that my option is going to expire (assuming it's below the strike price), do I have to execute a "buy to close" trade or just let it expire?
So let's say I held 700 shares of Ford at $7.50 and "sold to close" a 1 contract option with a strike price of $8.00. Ford goes to $8.05 tomorrow. Do I now hold long 600 shares and am paid $800 dollars for the sale?

If you sell a call and the strike price is not reached, then yes, you keep the option premium. If the strike price is reached, your stock will be called away at the strike price of $8 and you will be given $8 per share, plus you get to keep the option premium.

If the stock drops and you want to get out of your option contract, you have to buy to close. You pay whatever price the option is worth — then you will be free to sell the underlying stock. You can't sell the stock until you buy back the calls, because you would then be short a call (you would be what is called a "naked writer," exposed to unlimited risk.) You can only write naked calls if you have a very high-level option clearance and — generally — at least $250,000 in your trading account.

You may be authorized to sell cash-covered puts. That is, if you have $10,000 cash, you can sell puts on stock worth $10,000. While buying puts is a bearish strategy, selling them is bullish. If the stock falls below the put strike price, then the stock will be "put" to you at the strike price. You will get shares of stock in return for the cash you put up. You are thus hoping that the stock rises so you can keep the option premium without having to buy the stock — thus, writing cash-covered puts is a bullish strategy.

Did you know what is the best money making opportunities in this world? There are a business that no need to hire employees. There are a business that require no products to stock. No need fore advertising and marketing campaign. And there are more and more business opportunity seekers worldwide are discovering the powerful profit potential of this business: foreign exchange trading.

Yes. There are no downlines to fill. Just you. What you need is only a computer with an internet connection. That’s it. That’s all you need to make money on the worlds largest market. If you are searching for an alternative to more traditional home-based business opportunities, then forex trading may be what you’ve been searching for.

Is forex risky business? Perhaps. However, comparing forex trading to other forms of business/investment, you will find that from a risk/reward standpoint, forex trading provides respectable returns.

Yes, I really did lose my entire first forex trading account. Totally. I blew it to bits, and it took me 10 months to achieve sane, profitable trading.

But nowadays, I trade for a living. I’m no fairy God trader. I’m not a George Soros. But I have been around the block, and I hope that I can help you become the trader that you know you can become.

Spot forex market is the ideal market for active trading with more leverage than equities/futures/options. The market is highly volatile, has a tendency to trend strongly, and actively trades 24 hours per day. There are no limitations on when one can short a currency. We can make money when a currency is becoming stronger or weaker.

Everyday, there are more than 6 trillion dollars float through the hands of people who aren’t any smarter than you, or I are. It doesn’t really make any difference if you’re an accountant, banker, butcher, housewives, retired sea captain, airline pilot, surgeon, or cop on the beat.

If you’re willing to take some direction, you deserve a nice piece of the action. You’ll never have to learn zip about currencies. You will learn the techniques and strategies to go out and claim what is rightfully yours.

Let’s play right along with the giants of world commerce. You won’t be on the outside looking in. You’ll be enjoying the thrill of a lifetime, riding on their king-size coat tails.

Most people think that life is a linear progression. You could go from point A to point B, and then go to point C, and so on. In fact, this is a shame. It is an illusion. Anyone who thinks carefully about his/her own life knows that the patterns of his/her past is absolutely accidental and serendipitous.

The key challenge in life is not knowing where will you go, but preparing yourself so when those wonderful moments of serendipity occur, you can listen to your heart and know what to do.

Trading in the forex market is just another serendipitous moment in the course of my life, your life. You might either embrace the opportunity or let it go. But, by the time you have finished reading this, I hope you will not let this opportunity pass you by.

Dear Fellow Investor.

Before I start I want to answer one question that haunts the minds of many traders:

And that is… HOW CAN I Get RICH QUICKLY WITH STOCKS?

And here’s the answer:

I firmly believe that no one can honestly answer that question. But with certainty I can tell you how you can get poor very quickly in the stock market:

By trying to get rich very quickly!

So here are the 7 most common misconceptions of beginners:

1.Believing that they can turn $100 into $1000 and $1000 into $100.000 in no time. All they have to do is enter low and exit high. Buy at $1.- and sell at $150.- That’s it! Piece of cake!

2.Believing that there is a system that is 100% accurate and foolproof and they, of course, have got it!

3.Believing that they can outwit and play a trick on the market predicting highs and lows and other turning points.

4.Believing that they can be on a winning streak all the time.

5.Believing that just because a $20 stock was at $100 before, it’s going to see that mark again. And so they start trading without any fundamental background and knowledge about the company they want to trade

6.Believing that they will quit their jobs after a few months of trading never having to work again.

7.Believing that only a 100% profit is a real profit and not settling for less.

This is what a lot of novices just love to believe! But it’s a fallacy! Nothing else! But this fallacy can be very dangerous right up to the point where entire trading accounts literally get wiped out!

SOME CRUCIAL POINTS IN TRADING AND MANAGING YOUR MONEY:

1.Any trade should be financed with money that you don’t need i.e. that is not tied to any essential ongoing needs. Never take up a loan and borrow money to finance your trades! This is of vital importance!

2.Trading is not a lottery game, a sport, a hobby or any other pastime activity! It’s serious business and should be treated like one!

3.Adopt a system that suits your trading style and personality using a clear plan for your trades!

4.Don’t put all your money into one trade! Never! Remember to survive to trade another day!

5.Do not overtrade having too many open positions. In the case of stock trading, have no more that 10 – 12 stocks otherwise your trading account could become obscure and for some people difficult to handle.

Having more stocks also does not increase the chance of making more profits. It’s not the quantity that counts but the quality of stocks you own! For options I’d keep it down to 3 at a time. No more.

6.Keep a record of all your trades.
