My question is :

Had I bought this course, could I have gotten my money back if he had refused to do so.

Of course I know not to buy it now but if I had made that mistake would it be possible to get my money back if I had paid thru Paypal OR Using a credit card ? I want to know your opinions for any such future purchases that I might make.

I have been giving some live trades to show how a simple system can make big profits. We have done 2 live trades and made two great profits.

Now that does not make me a genius, but I want to share something with you that I have learned over 25 years as a trader.

The Best Methods are SIMPLE

I have tried just about every way of trading from using artificial intelligence to neural networks and some methods overloaded with indicators and I can tell you the best methods are simple.

1. Look for significant levels of support and resistance

2. Use a breakout methodology

3. Use stochastics to time entry

You really don't need an extended warranty unless you want peace of mind. The 360 comes with a full year warranty, which for most electronics, is plenty of time.

Why would the warranty be voided if you're not the original owner. Never heard of a warranty being voided just because it was sold to someone else. I mean, warranties on cars are good for up to that many miles or years, even if it has been sold many times and owned by many different owners. And how is MS going to know that you're not the original owner?

Try and see if the 360 was registered. If it was registered, then there's your proof about when the 360 was bought. If it hasn't been registered yet, then go ahead and register it. While you're at it, see if you can get the extended warranty.

On the back of the 360, there's a date stamp that tells you when the 360 was made. So, if it was made after May 7, 2006, you're still under warranty.
